5 INGREDIENT EASY PEASY BARBECUE MEATLOAF

When I cook, I like it to be easy. Super easy!! This is one of my favorite recipes. I usually always have the ingredients on hand, so it’s something great to cook when I don’t have a lot of time but I still want something home made and yummy . Every time I cook it,  Andrew always asks why I don’t cook it more often.

You need 5 ingredients…

1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey

1 box of stovetop stuffing

1/2 c. barbecue sauce

1 c. water

Preheat your oven to 350°. Mix the ground beef, stuffing, egg, and water together.

You can put this in a loaf pan or muffin pan. (I prefer the muffin pan because baking time is much less!) Place it in your choice of pan. Make sure to press the mixture into the pan so the meatloaf won’t fall apart when baking. Mix the brown sugar and the barbecue sauce together. Spread the sauce mixture on top of the meatloaf. Bake for 25 minutes in a muffin pan or 45 minutes in a loaf pan. Voilla! That’s it!

This recipe makes one loaf, 12 regular-sized mini loaves, or 6 large individual loaves.

Enjoy meatloaf tonight!
